Refund policy
Every piece from ATL Tho Clothing is one of one. Hand-cut. Hand-finished. Made by one human in Atlanta with a pair of scissors. There is no warehouse. There is no restock. When it's gone, it's gone.
I include exact measurements in every single listing — chest, length, shoulders, sleeve — in both inches and centimeters.
Before you buy, please:
Read the measurements. Compare them to something in your closet that fits you the way you want this to fit.
I stand behind my work. If your order arrives damaged or I made a genuine error on our end, reach out within 48 hours at info@atlthoclothing.shop and i'll make it right.
I have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.

If your return is accepted, i'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom commission products cannot be returned, Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
